The Manchester Cancer Research Centre (MCRC)
The MCRC is a partnership made up of Cancer Research UK, The University of Manchester (including the Cancer Research UK Manchester Institute) and The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. The aims are to gain a greater understanding of how cancer develops in order to establish new diagnostic tests, new treatments and better ways to predict outcomes, and optimise treatment options and care for cancer patients.
